Styling of menu items using "Custom CSS" box not working for me.

I want to change the font-weight of all menu items in my main menu.

I added some custom code to do this under Theme Options / "Custom CSS" box (not touching the style.css) >>

.menu-item menu-item-type-post_type menu-item-object-page {font-weight:300;}

It's not working. How do I do this?

where from you get this css? Do you use cache for website? Also please send us url to your website so we can have a look on it.
