responsive images, loading smaller images on smaller screens

How can I make sure smaller images are loaded when the website is visited using a smartphone?

HI Sara,
It all depends which images we are talking about. Mostly blog and portfolio images are loaded with different sizes. Some items that we use to not have any image sizes other than the original ones.
