Problem with the license

Good afternoon, my name is Paulo, I am in the state of Rio in Brazil. When I try to see my templates, a sentence appears saying that I am not allowed to check the page with the templates, but I bought this yesterday, I hope you can help me.

I am pretty sure that It is registred, I put the item purchase code and the message says it is registred, but if you go to my website www.willcast.com.br, elements of Language 2´s theme and Language 1`s theme are mixed on the same website, it is a big  mess. I bought this because I was having problems with the free theme version , but these problems are bigger, go to my website and see, When I chose the last theme to change It is mixed with the others, It doesn´t change It got together with the others.
