Massive update of media files

Hello,
I have to do a massive PDF update on average. You are all uploaded files and I have updated the links by changing them in the database directly. But these links are not updated on the web. When editing the Muffin element, the old links are still there.
I have searched the database and I have not found where to replace it ... I have not found any file that contains the contents of the Muffin elements either.

The replacement of PDF is huge, so I wanted to do it in bulk through the database ... Can you tell me if it's possible to do it?
