Insert content before menu

I need to insert a rev slider BEFORE the menu, and after scrolling through it, it follows the screen like every normal menu on single pages.
The question is exactly how to put content before it.

Here is the layout that i need to simulate:

This is possible only with Revolution Slider. For that in "Page options" section you must setup slider for page and then in Theme options > Layout > Header you must choose "Below slider" header style.
