Can't save and lost content
Good morning, after updating the theme this morning, I cannot save anymore from the visual composer, I cannot also Export the page because the popup keeps coming telling me to update before. In the end, I faced that I lost a section in the official site, and I lost a part of the session in the staging one, where I was trying to export the page. We tried to work on other pc and we cannot save as well.

please first try to disable all plugins and check again.
thanks
Hi, thanks for answering.
I did disable all the plugins and sometimes works sometimes not. I have to disable the plugins, switch theme and switch back to Bettheme child and it works. Once I ąactivate Contact Form 7 it doesn't work, but to make it work again, I have to deactivate all the plugins, switch the theme, switch back the child Betheme.
Now I delete contact form 7, deactivated all plugins and is not working.
I'm thinking also to the host side, we have this numbers on the dashboard, but why before the update everything seemed to be fine,
while after the update we are having those problems:
PHP Time Limit 120
Current time limit is OK, however 180 is recommended.
PHP Max Input Vars 1000
Minimum 5000 is required
This should fix the issue.
thanks
I asked the hosting guys to increase the values and they've done it.
Then we need to restore a backup because the content lost, but I need to export the posts created after the backup and I still cannot export pages or posts, I tried Chrome and Firefox as well. When I click to the export button, a popup comes telling me to save or publish before, letting me no other choises, I close the popup, click on export button again and the popup comes back.

thanks
But I still face the problems in saving.
Now with all plugins deactivate I still facing the problem of losing data. I lost the last section again. I'm trying to remake it, but anytime I update it, it moves the content in a new wrap and only 1/4 of the width like on screenshots.

Please go to your FTP, create a php file with phpinfo() function inside and send us a link to that file privately thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact so we can have a look on your server settings. The problem is probably related to limits but to be sure which one is the reason, we need that link.
