Failed Theme Update & Failed to Deregister Theme.

Hello Support, 

Several of the premium plugins and theme updates failed to install. 

At first attempt to update the BeTheme, we received this message: 

"An error occurred while updating Betheme: The package could not be installed. The package contains no files."

Then the we attempted to deactivate the theme, we received this message: 

"Referer domain is different than registered domain. Please contact us using contact form on our Themeforest profile page."

Is this something you can assist us with?

Hi, I've encountered a similar problem just now. However, I have successfully updated the theme BUT the visual composer and layer slider plugins can't be installed saying "The package could not be installed. The plugin contains no files."

Please do help. thanks

Hi,
This error "The package could not be installed. The package contains no files." means that you have not deregistered the website before moving. Please deregister it on both domains and register again on the new one. If this is not possible, then please send a request
thru the contact form which is on the right side at http://themeforest.net/user/muffingroup#contact
