Problem with Sidebar Widget

Hi everybody!
Please I need help.

I've got an installation of betheme which has a big problem with SIDEBAR and the widget for recent articles in it.
I try to explain better:
- the installation is update (Wordpress last version, WPML last version, Betheme update, all plugins updateted)
- there are 4 languages
- if you go to an article in Italian or English, the left sidebar with RECENT POSTS widget is displayed correctly (widget is for all languages). If you go in the same article in French or Spanish, the sidebar is not displayed and this is the message I get: This template supports the sidebar's widgets. Add one or use Full Width layout.

I tried to force the use of the same sidebar for PORTFOLIO, and it works fine in all languages. The problem is only with post type "Articles"

Hello, each language can have different sidebars selected, also you can change the sidebar style and the widgets so please first edit the pages and set th proper sidebars for each.
Also take a look in appaerance>widgets.

Sorry but I cannot create 4 different sidebars and set manually the sidebar for each post of the 4 languages. I want to use the Betheme preferences for SIDEBAR/BLOG and set the correct sidebar only once. then, with the widget, I will decide what to show.

The same sidebar, used for example in portfolio posts, works fine in all languages.

Please help me, I can give you access to the admin panel if you need.

We think this is because you have not declared a main blog page in settings>reading (posts page)

Please declare a main blog page and edit it, there set the sidebar layout and the sidebar to show.

We see that you have set the sidebar on all single posts in theme options>sidebars, but this may not work without the blog page set up properly.

Sorry, this is not the problem. I tried to set the blog page as you suggested, but this did not solve the problem of the sidebar... i cannot understand, I've got a few installation of wordpress and this is the only case.. Have any other idea?

We are out of ideas. Since this is WPML and you have a license for it, you also have support from the WPML team. Please contact them and ask this question, they will have more power.

I've already asked to WPML team. No way to solve this apparently at the moment. So sorry about that... thank you guys! I'll try some other tricks... I'll let you know.. probably installing a complete new version, but it's a hard work... Thank you! Patrizia
