Blog URL is not working

Hi,
I made a new Page /blog and under reading i did choose /blog to be my Blog.
But when i try to post a blog post, the URL is mypage.com/new-post and NOT mypage.com/blog/new-post
could you help me there`?

you have to go to settings>permalinks and select 'custom structure', then add /blog/%postname% to the field. Screen: http://prntscr.com/iadl8y
