H2, H3, H4 Headings and Hyperlink Color Change

I am trying to using the H tags so that they are like the rest of the text on my page to where they are Orange and when you move your cursor over it they change to blue.  It works with the content but I noticed with headings it doesn't work. website is www.allhearthomecare.com

This page has the title font color in orange. However I want to have them so that the font is orange and when you place your mouse over the font it turns blue like the rest of the hyperlinks do in the content.
