How do I delete a site and theme and start from scratch

I have a test site that I'm using to build a site using your tools for the first time. It's a bit of a mess, and I'd like to start over now that I know what to do.

How do I do that?

For that you must remove all stuff from wordpress (we meant all sections in the dashboard) or instead you can create totally new database. It depends on you.
