Hello! I would like to link to an image that opens a youtube video in lightbox mode. It's possible?

yes it is possible, how would you like it to work. By that I mean that you would like to click on a link to open it or on an image?

If I want my users to click a photo and have that open a youtube video in a lightbox, can you tell me how to do that? For example, I have a big image that says PLAY ME and when they click on it, I want it to play a video in a lightbox. Can you teach me that?

Yes, you can just use the Image builder item, edit it and paste the youtube/vimeo link into the 'zoomed image' field.
