You can always try changing the scroll plugin in theme options>addons&plugins>addons

I already tested all the options and all 3 options (Default, smooth and nice scroll) give this "bug". Could they have a look? Occurs only the first time you click on the link the other times it works normally.

Please disable all plugins and cache as well. Do not minify the JS files.
This is a JS issue and it is a plugin causing this or more likely it is JS optimization.

Hello, thanks, but I have already desactivated minify JS and all plugins. I cleared the caches, but it still continues with the bug. We noticed that this error only occurs in the URL's without the language string. For example, in the pages below the bug doesn't occur :

We noticed that this bug also occurs in some of yours Demos like:

BeTrainer (http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/personaltrainer/) and in the BeCV (http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/cv/#personal). when clicking the "know me better"or "View More" start button. Curiously in "BeTrainer" Demo when we click in "know me better button" the problem happen but when we click in "About me" or "Info&Feedback" at the menu, the scroll occurs without the bug. Could you check that please?

It must be somthing with your browser because we do not see such a problem with our pre-built websites. They work very good. What browser and what OS are you using.

I use Chrome v.65.0.3325.162, operating system W10 Pro 64bits, I already tested in other browsers in the same operating system (Edge, Mozilla, Opera). I have also tested on an IOS 11.2.6 in Safari, Chrome and Mozilla browsers. And the bug repeats itself. The bug just it does not happen when it has the language string ("?lang=en" or "?lang=pt")

We checked it and consulted with the dev team. The filckering does appear but there is no sollution for this. This is a browser issue that cannot be overcome. For some it shows up and for some it does not.
This is all we can say for now.
