Need to deregister a theme but it won't let me

Need to deregister a theme on a site we are closing and use it on another one.

BUT when I go to deregister the theme on the other site, it won't allow me because it says this theme is under a different domain. 

I've tried deleting the theme, removing the domain redirect on our hosting platform, everything.
