I can't install pre-built website & plugin
I have my site on localhost and i can't install plugins because wordpress requests to add FTP user and password... and for pre-built website there is a wordpress file system error... can you help me please?

sorry but it seems that something is wrong with your localhost installation and we cannot really help with this issue. All we can say is to disable all plugins, update the theme and make sure that your theme is registered.
