Remove text from inside action bar

I have installed lawyer theme, but now there is Latin text on left top of the action bar. I need to remove this.

Please advise how to remove this text.

 Is there a way to changethe background for the full width of the menu bar colour. I need it to be white but the header background controls the menu background too. Please view
