How to optimize SEO

I would like to optimize SEO. Do you think it will be better to activate SEO yoast or use the SEO field from theme options or something else?

Hi,
it depends, if you only need simple SEO then our fields will be enough. If you are looking for more advanced SEO options then you will have to use plugins.

I'm confused about the two options.  1. option is with the theme.  2. option is with the page.  

Which SEO should I use?  Page or Muffin builder?

The one in theme options is for global settings and it works for all pages.
If you want to change the seo on an individual page then fill in the fields below the muffin builder.
Short answer is: use both.
