Missing FAQ
Could someone tell me how to add FAQ questions? I don't have an FAQ option in the left-hand menu. I know how to add the FAQ item into a page but I can't find anywhere to add the actual questions.

the FAQ element is available as a builder item or shortcode, link to documentation:

Not sure what you mean by 'left-hand menu'
