Scroll Bar
Hi, I have a problem with the scrollbar in the browser. It does not work with explorer browser, but it works correctly in Firefox and Chrome. (Attach 3 images).
In the browser it is not possible to move the page (down or up) with the scroll bar, but it is possible if I use the keyboard.
Important, if I change the theme then it does work in all browsers.
I noticed that they are in dark color, maybe I change something in the color settings of the theme that in the browser does not work.
Can you help me?

please go to theme options>addons&plugins>addons and change the scroll plugin.
