I want to change the width of the he blue bar below the menu and above the slider. Where do I do that at?

HI,
sorry but the width cannot be adjusted, only the height. You can disable it in theme options>header&subheader>header by changing the minimalist option

It cannot be adjusted, it only can be removed. Please try the minimalist options.
