Using YouTube video, but want to use my own image on initial/preview thumbnail before it is played

Anyone know how to do this?  On muffin theme I used video item and youtube link to embed.  But, the image that appears as the placeholder isnt the one I want.  WOuld like to change it for the website but keep it as is for youtube.

Any suggestions? Custom CSS?

you can use the image item or shortcode:
http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/theme/shortcodes/typography/#image
Just place the photo in soruce and the the link image URL should be set to the video.

So you want to embeed a youtube video and have the preview image as a custom image that you set?
This will be not possible with theme options but you can do it with revolution slider plugin.
