Is there a way to apply the same custom CSS for all posts?

I am going to import posts from social media and this process will be automated. Is there a way to add a global custom CSS for all posts? Specifically I want to change the menu color.

edit: I also would like to apply specific menu style for all blog posts (one for all). Is this possible?

It looks like you can use .single-post for CSS.
