to change font size for "Fancy link" items, please use below css:

a.mfn-link { font-size: 20px; }

What if I just want to change size on a single fancy link?

You have to provide a custom CSS class inside the section(edit section), where the fancy link is inserted.
Then, you'll be able to change it only on a single fancy link.
