Amazon Videos stopped playing, now they show an error

The videos are being served from Amazon S3 and they are all set for Public permissions. We recently updated our BE Theme and now the videos won't play. They were working before the update.

Can someone please help me determine what needs to be changed to make them play? Thank you!

pleaae first disable all plugins and check again. Also remove browser cache.

I disabled ALL plugins and cleared the browser cache, but the problem still exists. 

What is the best way to show a video library with the muffin builder? Our videos are served from Amazon S3. Thanks for your help!

Hey,

can you try to insert an 'image' item from the Muffin Builder, the URL to the movie file should be entered in the 'zoomed image' field.
Please do not add settings to the URL ( I marked them in bold)
https://s3-us-west-1.amazonaws.com/sec-website-videos/The-Top-5-Steps-to-Choosing-a-LASIK-Surgeon.mov?width=640&height=360

Ok, I did exactly as you said. But when I click the image, I get the same error message: "The image could not be loaded".

Isn't there an esier way to build a video library with Muffin Press?

I have contacted the dev team and it seems it will not be possibile. The external file will not pbe played. It must be on youtube or vimeo.
The .mov file will not play on all browsers, you should use either youtube or add .mp4 and .ogv files.

So why did they used to play and now they stopped? We served videos from Amazon S3 successfully until just recently. Did you delete this functionality?

We have changed the popup plugin, but this is not really realted.
This is what we got form the dev team and we really cannot do anything about it.
