Do you mean header or subheader? Will be great if you can attach link to page where you want to do this as well.

Ok, so to change this header height, please use below css:

body:not(.template-slider) #Header { min-height: 200px; }

or also you can turn on minimalist header in Theme options > Layout > Header section.

Also one more subtask - can i remove transparency from sticky header?

To center menu and logo, please use below css:

#Top_bar:not(.is-sticky) { top: 21px !important; }

But to remove transparency from sticky header, please use below css:

.sticky-dark #Top_bar.is-sticky { background-color: #000 !important; }
