Fixed background image + flowing content

Hello, I would like to create a page in which the background image is shown completely and the content flows while scrolling.
I use the visual composer.

Hi,
sorry but we do not support VC content creation. We can say that in the muffin builder you just set a background image for a section and set the background position to 'parallax'
