Use new license

Hi, 

My web developer installed BeTheme under his license and now I am trying to use mine. Is it possible to enter the new license so I can update the theme and its plugins?

Hi,
just go to your betheme dashboard and deregister the current key, then insert yours and that is it.

That is not working. When I try to deregister, it is asking for a purchase key.

How can it ask you for a key when you are deregistering. Please send a screenshot of this message.
