Delete hover effects for images and read more button

Hi,

I have two questions about the images and post previews on the blog page:

1. I would like to delete the hower effects (zoom and link) on images.

2. Also I would like to delete the read more button and the number of comments

HI,
those hover effects can be changed globally only in theme options>global>general under image frame styles.
