I would like to see the individual menu items in the header instead of the menu icon (3 dashes) and find no adjustment.

On my Laptop I always see the  hamburger menu Icon in the Header bar. Instead of this I only want to see items. For example: Service About me Contact etc.

It may be because your laptop screen is small and the responsive breakpoint is higher or you have set a simple header style.
Check that in theme options>header
The responsive breakpoint can be changed in theme options>responsive>header under the 'initial width' option.

You have no content on the website, please first fill the page with content.

1. It's not about the content. I first build the structure of the website and then fill it with content. Therefore, the menu items in the header menu still refer to no page. I do not want to see this hamburger icon any more but a menu like Apple has in the header https://www.apple.com/ !!!!!!.
2. I have a page for the homepage. It appears in the preview, but not when I call it in the browser. Then I only see a narrow white stripe.
3. The website should be fully responsive. The Hamburger icon should appear only on the mobile phone and not on a regular computer screen.

I have been trying for days to explain the problem to you and get no tips that continue me!

1. Sorry but this is not possible, this is the only option.
2. Please set the main page in settings>reading as the static home page. Are you buiding with the Muffin Builder?
3. You can change the initial width value, in theme options>responsive>header. This value sets the breakpoint for the mobile menu, lower it.
