One page links + normal menu links

Hello! 

I have a web with one page links + normal pages linked in the menu. When I enter in one normal page and then I try to press another link in the menu (the ID option) is not possible to go to that section because the url add "/page/". 

exmple: http://www.lohade.com.mialias.net/index.php/about/ --> click another link and the page said: about:blank

Is is possible that the menu links work everywhere?

I don´t understand. The id is correct (I use the id gallery but the menu name is "inspiracion" but it´s working perfectly. I am not asking about that. 

My question is: 

I have one page links + normal pages as "blog" for example in a different page. If I enter in "Blog" and then I try to click another menu link with the #id, is not working. The reason is because when I enter in "blog" page, the url change: www.lohade.com.mialias.net/index.php/blog/ so when I try to click "inspiracion" for example the url should be: www.lohade.com.mialias.net/index.php/inspiracion/ but instead of that the url is: www.lohade.com.mialias.net/index.php/blog/ = not working. 

Do you understand me?

So please go to appaerace>menus and change the link, because now it is a custom link that you made with a #ID to scroll.

Excuse me, I know how to do that. But that is not what I am asking. I have the links correctly with an id for the home page and for the hole web. Apart from that, I have pages outside the home without ID and when I enter in that pages and try to click on the id links form the menu the page is not working. 

I don´t know if there is a way to have that id links working everywhere even if I am in the homepage or not.

You would have to create separate menus for these pages.
The blog menu can be set in theme options>blog,portfolio&shop>blog
