Moving to a new domain

Hi Guys

My 20th licence, i love betheme - great work.

But ive spent a day trying to fix an error after moving the betheme site to a new domain on the same server i  get:

  mysite.co.uk is currently unable to handle this request. HTTP ERROR 500

Every time i try to update a page on betheme 

if i switch to a new theme its fine

Can you advise me what to do if its the theme causing the error

i also had to remove slider revolution alL together as this was causing issues effecting Wordpress admin

Please advice me the best way to move and not lose all my work on the theme

Hi,

we recommend using a plugin like duplicator:
https://wordpress.org/plugins/duplicator/
Copying a wordpress website manually is almost impossible to do without any problems.

Ok so installation of a fresh betheme or licencing issue I can rule out producing the 500 error?

It really can be a lot of things. The license is not the case in any way, but you should deregister the website before you move.
It is mostly caused by plugins, server cache or errors when moving the file.
All we can say is that you need to use the duplicator plugin next time.
