List category - color change

Hi

I'm building a site. I've added some info using the List feature. The problem is, I cant figure out how to change the text of the heading or body to white. 

Any advice would be welcomed.

Hi Gary,
you can edit the section that cointains those items and set the style to 'dark'
It will make the text in the section white.
