Removing image effect

Hi, when I am going down or up images is moving up and down. how I can remove this effect?

You can disable the Sitewide image hover effect in BeTheme Options Panel on the GLOBAL tab OR you can disable the image hover effects on a per page basis by disable the hover effects on each image when using the Muffin Builder
