Mobile Menu appears on desktop

I cannot figure out how to make the mobile menu only show on mobile devices. metrobca.com shows the mobile menu, covering the top bar, even on a desktop. Please help.

but they do not seem to help.

I see why, it's changing the color once you hit the +, but the menu with the plusses is still white on white. At least that's what it seems...

yes, it is not visible but you can change the colors in theme options>colors>menu.
You still have some weird plugins activated because the menu works on hover and by default it does not.
Please first disable all plugins and then try to solve this issue.

Just FYII, i disabled ALL PLUGINS and still white on white
