BeTheme Rev Slider blocked

Hi,

We would appreciate some help because we can't use our Rev slider anymore. We can't modify slides or even delete/deactivate some slides...
Everithing is up to date, theme, WP and plugins.

plese try to disable all plugins except the RS plugin and check again.

We checked it but it is quite mysterious to us why it is not working. Have you made any changes to the theme files?

We checked and we still do now know why is this happening.
Please create a new database and install wordpress and betheme again. Download everything again, do not use the old files. Then install the slider and check again. Deregister the current website first and then register the new one.

That's not what we expected from the support...
Anyway, we will take the time to do this. But how can we do without using old files ? You mean old ftp files  ? Because we will need to use a database clone to set everything automatically...

There is no need for a database clone, we are just saying that you should install the theme again on a fresh copy of wordpress to check if the hosting you are using does not block anything. The problem is that everything looks fine and we have never stumbled upon such a wierd issue.
When you open up the console in the browser you can see that the JS files are not loaded properly in the plugin page.

SOLVED.
It was a htaccess rule... We deleted it and it's now ok.
