Delete icons in header

Hello,

I would like to delete the icons in header: <h2 class="title"><i class="icon-right-dir"></i>New products for her<i class="icon-left-dir"></i></h2>. I have tried to insert

h2::before{
}

in custom css, but it didn't help. Could you please tell me how to do it?
