Can not update CSS custom on theme page

Hi there,

Our developer did some custom CSS code in "CSS custom box" but once she pressed update it's not update. She could do it yesterday evening but today it's not working. Also she did test on both theme and child theme can not update both. Let me know how can we fox this.

Hi,
1. Disable all plugins.
2. Purge browser cache
3. Check if the custom css does not have errors.
If this does not help then please send a link to this page so we can check the custom css. Tell us which one is it.

Thanks for the link but you will have to explain what you want to change and which custom css is not working.
