How to stick an image to the bottom of the rev slider

Hi,

Just 2 questions for you -
#1. I really like this effect of torn paper covering the bottom of the devolution slider area here: http://themes.muffingroup.com/be/meat/

I'm trying to re-create that but not using the "meat" ready made website: https://dem6.352.digital/products/

I have aligned the torn paper .png element to the center and bottom of the slider but it doesn't stay at the bottom and I still see some of the slider background when i view the site on a bigger screen. How do i recreate this effect from Meat?

#2. There must be a better way to do this than with the rev slider but i can't work out how to make a header area using an image and then using this overlap effect. In fact i don't see how to make a full width hero header in be theme with the muffin builder.... How do i do that? It might be lighter than loading the rev slider on each page...!

  • Hey,
1.it stays at the bottom from what we can see:

    2. You do not need to use the slider at all, just use a Muffin Builder Section. Add a section > edit it > set the background image and find 'bottom decoration' field where you can paste the torn paper. image.
It works best with parallax effect. Remember to place some content in the section or add padding, otherwise it will have no height.
    thanks
