Desktop Version Showing on iPAD

Hi, when visiting our website on an iPad, the desktop version shows up and creates a bad user experience.

Is there any custom css to display the mobile version on iPads or fix the desktop experience on tablets?

Hi,
Please go to theme options>responsive>header and change the initial width value to a higher number.
This will make the reponsiv menu turn on faster.

We did that and it changed the header to mobile, but the body still looks like the desktop version, and the sidebar is cut off.

It looks like the sidebar isn't being cut off, as the text is wrapping correctly. 

Check that the image isn't being set to a constant width/height, and if it is, try changing the width to 100% and the height to auto (or blank if it's set in a form)
