Featured image not showing

I have removed the standard featured image on all pages and am replacing it on every page.  However, I have added it but it is still not showing - what am I doing wrong?  The page is https://www.mjsc.co.za/bbbee

the featured image will not show in this place because this is the subheader area,
you have to upload a subheader image.
