Text Not Resigzing on Mobile

Hi, I'm also done with a project and I've run into one issue. When looking at the text on a mobile device for http://hone.nyc the text doesn't resize and isn't responsive. How can I fix this?

please go to theme options>responsive>general and make sure that the font decrease option is enabled.
