Entry with Template Builder don't show the module for comments

Hello!

When I create a new post and I select this option LAYOUT / Template and I choose "Builder", I can not see the option to comment the post. You can see an example here:

As you can see in this post: https://www.eniun.com/posicionamiento-web-seo-importante/

you can let a comment (This post is with LAYOUT / Template / Default Template)

As you can see in this post: https://www.eniun.com/12-leyes-experiencia-de-usuario-ux/

you can not let a comment ( This post is with LAYOUT / Template / Builder)

How can I let to comment in posts made with the option Builder? Is it possible?

Another thing, I want to show related posts in this pages but does not show the related posts in posts made with muffing builder. What I have to do?

sorry but when selecting the builder template you will only see the content from the builder.

Ahhhh I need this feature on the builder templates for my site, can the php be coded into the template file if using a Child theme?

Anyone help with what code is needed?

I have over 200+ posts so changing the template now is a bit of a no go
