Assistance With Website Malware Cleaning & Troubleshooting

Dear Support, 

I'm writing in with regards to some issues faced with my website built on BeTheme (http://elijahpies.com.sg/)

Currently, when trying to access the website, Google will notify me that the website is infected with Malware and is a dangerous site. If I decide to proceed regardless, then I arrive at a 404 Error Page Not Found.

I've gotten my developer to take a look at it and they have mentioned that whilst they have yet to scan the website, they have proceeded to change the Wordpress Core Files to see if they can fix the issue at the root, but to no avail. As such they have mentioned that I will need to contact your support team for assistance.

Is there any advise on how I should instruct my developer to go about to clean the site and get it back to working order?
