Error when install bundled plugins with the theme

Hi,

I have bought the theme and I can't seem to make it work, when I try to install the bundled plugins I get

Unpacking the package…

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

I tried uninstalling and reinstalling and many things but couldn't get it to work.

I hope it can solved quickly !

Hi,
please contact your hosting provider and make sure that CURL is enabled.
