Appaerance

Hi im new here and it´s my first time. But i would be very happy if someone could help me. I installed Betheme but i can´t see the Appaerance Menu. How can i Show it? Or did i do something wrong with the first Installation. Would be very pleased if someone could help me.

it is no longer in the appaerance menu, it has moved top and its now in the betheme tab:
