I would like to reuse the purchase code I have - but I have problems to deregister it with https://www.themepunch.com/purchase-code-deactivation/

Hi,

unfortunately the tool does not work for me

I have bought several licenses (7 in total for 2 accounts I have) and tried to unregister two different purchase codes using the tool - but it did not work.. I receive message that I should delete theme files - ???!!!!

If there are still theme files on the domain you try to deregister then you cannot do it using the tool.
This tool is only for checking your licenses and dectivating them from domains that no longer have the theme installed.

If you have the theme installed on a domain then please log in and deregister it manually from the wordpress panel.
