Sorting Portfolio by Page/Category

I'm looking to have products set up as portfolio pages (I've already been building). I was setting filters and hoping that I could do this:

Bath (Page): Show items only categorized as "Bath Sinks" "Bath faucets" etc.

But currently I cannot filter out the portfolio categories I don't want. Because I would like to do this for multiple categories:

Kitchen (Page): Show items only categorized as "kitchen sinks" "Stainless Steel Sinks" etc.

* I'm currently working via Vhost, so I will have to give log-in, not provide url.
