Problem with Menu Highlighting

Running into problems with top menu. When you click "contact," the page jumps to the contact form. But the word "contact" will not stay highlighted. Please help, not sure what is wrong. Thanks.

this is because it is the last section and it is not tall. Try adding some top and bottom padding to the contact section. You can also add bottom padding to the previous section.
