Line (and links) under footer ?

Hi-

I would like to ADD A LINE under the footer as well ADD LINKS just like in this example - screenshot below.

Can you tell me how to add the line and links to be under the footer ? Also... how to make it full width.

You can change the line color with this css, but it cannot be full width:

#Footer .footer_copy {
    border-top: 1px solid red !important;
}

Sorry- I meant why is the entire footer area (and other areas) NOT full width ? Perhaps there has to be a global setting that needs to be changed....

I’m sorry for not getting your inuendo...(hope you know what that means) but can you please give me an exact answer. I’m stumped. I think the settings are ok but the ENTIRE footer won’t go full width (as well as other sections). Thanks

Simply remove the custom css, there is 40px padding added to the Wrapper:

It is even the first one.
