Missing files : Install pre-built website

Hello,

When importing a pre-built (Plumber) file folders / uploads / 2014/09 and / uploads / 2014/10 do not download.

Yet the UPLOAD file has the rights 777.

Same for icons (from the menu for example)

What is going on ?
